Sometimes not getting your colorful fruits & veggies in is just a matter of not really knowing what to cook, or how to cook stuff. Or you are just cooking for one, or you are tired and don’t feel like doing the whole “elaborate meal” thing (that’s how you end up eating a bowl of cereal for dinner, correct?).
Last week one of our gym members asked my opinion about a recent statement by the American Heart Association (AHA) that coconut oil is bad for you and should not be consumed due to being a saturated fat. Of course, the answer is more complicated than just “yes that is true” or “no that is not true.”
