There are so many protein powders out there, it’s hard to know which one to choose. Most of them, we have found, have an ingredients list that looks like some sort of calculus equation.
Primal Fuel has a six item ingredient list, tastes fantastic, and you can have it shipped every month to your house. We alternate between chocolate coconut and vanilla coconut and don’t really have a favorite.
This meal replacement shake has only 6g net carbs, is very low in sugar, has great healthy fats from coconut oil, and boasts 20g of protein per serving. Blended or shaken with ice, it’s absolutely delicious.
We add other stuff to boost the nutrition and flavor; options include chia and/or hemp seeds, frozen fruit like blueberries or strawberries, frozen broccoli or spinach, and either regular peanut butter or the powdered PB2. This is another great way to have a healthy and quick fuel option at home or on the go.
