Our group classes incorporate Foundation Training, sandbags, medicine balls, kettle bells, suspension training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), mobility work, Animal Flow, and many other modalities. Exercises can be modified for most fitness levels. We help find an appropriately paced class and provide a supportive, encouraging, and fun atmosphere with workouts that will give your body a reason to adapt.
Foundation Training is a series of exercises designed to help heal back pain, strengthen and connect the posterior chain of muscles, improve posture, and much much more. We are one of the few gyms in the Bay Area that offers private and group Foundation Training lessons.
Either at your home or in our studio, we offer personal training that is customized to your specific needs. We work with clients living with Alzheimers, dementia, physical limitations, and limited mobility. We take a compassionate approach to improving overall mental and physical health.
