Strength and Stability Wednesday Nights with Daniel

New Announcement! We are super excited to welcome Dr. Daniel McClelland to the squad here at Perpetual Motion Performance Training!

Daniel will be teaching a drop-in class starting this Wednesday night from 5-7:30pm that will focus on body mobility, core and balance, as well as postural strength and body conditioning. Appropriate for all.

Dealing with an injury? Come and get expert training in rehab and injury management. Want to get your butt kicked and drip sweat? He’s got you covered there too. The focus will be individualized based on your needs.
