Short Circuit just may be the answer to your after-work prayers.
Other than housing prices, traffic is the number one topic of conversation in the Bay Area. We saw that a recurring issue was that the unpredictable nature of rush-hour traffic here (always bad, sometimes horrible, randomly ok…) was causing people to struggle to meet exact class times after work. So we created Short Circuit.
Come in any time between 5:00 and 7:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, for a fantastic workout that doesn’t require punctuality. A trainer will be on hand to assist you with a circuit that combines strength training, cardio, core work, and usually a few surprises. Push yourself to do one more round, or call it short because you have limited time: it’s all good here.
