Our group classes are focused on functional fitness and are scaleable for your level.
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training & CORE Stability
Intense periods of work (between 10 seconds and 2-ish minutes) followed by a brief “rest” period (between 10-60 ish seconds) and repeated for about 20-30 minutes, followed by some core work.
This class begins with an intelligent, focused warm-up to prepare your body for the rigors of the upcoming work ending with a comprehensive cool-down that will begin the process your body needs to recover and adapt. Don’t let the description scare you, as each exercise is scaled to your individual fitness levels and abilities.
Strength, Power & Conditioning
This full body strength workout will increase your metabolism, burn more calories, strengthen the connective tissue in your joints, and improve the density of your bones. Some benefits include improving balance & posture, reducing your risk for injury, increasing muscle tone and so much more. Strength training keeps you young.
This class will make you strong and resilient, period. What does that mean for you? Increased energy, improved body composition and a generally better mood.
Short Circuit is open between 5 pm and 7 pm, Monday through Thursday. We will have a warm-up and cool-down area for you, as well as a circuit that you can do as many times as you would like, time allowed!
This allows you to show up at a time that is convenient to you, and scale the workout to your level.
Balance & Beyond
Balance & Beyond is a safe, low impact, appropriately paced group class that combines movements focused on building strength, balance, confidence and coordination.
This class is great for anyone that may be new to fitness, returning to fitness, rehabbing an injury or tweak, or looking for active recovery. Recommended for all ages and promises great results.
Foundation Training teaches the ‘posterior chain’ muscles of our bodies to link together in a specific way effectively stabilizing and strengthening the muscles of your spine and pelvis.
This class combines Foundation Training with Strength Training. Come prepared to break a sweat!
Buns N' Guns
This is a fun, energetic class designed to blast your backside, your arms and your “abs”. We use a combination of bodyweight exercises and equipment including kettle bells, sandbags, battling ropes, dumbbells and more to boost your confidence when pointing out the way to the beach.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow is a flowing, sweaty good time. A powerful series of yoga poses and transitions is combined with purposeful breathing to provide an energizing workout that builds strength and flexibility.
Gentle(ish) Flow Yoga
This yoga class is great for beginners as well as those looking for a more mellow pace. Focus is on matching breath with movement.
Just Move utilizes the most important equipment we all have – our bodies! This class combines bodyweight, cardio, core, yoga, and Foundation Training to give you a challenging full body workout.
Full Body Circuit
Get your weekend started off right with a full body workout that will leave you energized and give you head-to-toe results!
We will focus on a variety of muscle groups and leave you strong, toned, and burning calories long after class.
Group led active recovery class. Come learn to manage your body so you can remain injury and pain free and capitalize on all of the hard work you’ve put in.
This class is set up in a circuit format to help address common issues that arise in training.
Friday Evening Outdoors
In the warmer months, we look to take our training outside! A few Fridays a month we will meet at an outdoor area in the Contra Costa area and do a full body workout. Bring water and a towel.
